Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18 who do not have any previous account with the Promoter. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
Employees and relatives of employees the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive only one Bonus, as defined below. Moreover, only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Bonus.
The Promotion shall commence on 28 January 2010 and shall end on 8 February 2010 (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
In order to enter the Promotion and receive the Bonus, an entrant must download the Promoter's poker client and open a new user account with the Promoter via the Promotion's designated landing page.
Upon registration with the Promoter during the Promotion Period, entrants shall be entitled to an extra free $8 bonus (the "Bonus") in addition to the standard registration bonus which the Promoter regularly provides to its new members.
The Bonus money can be cashed out only after an amount totaling twenty (20) times the Bonus amount (i.e. $160) has been wagered by an entrant.
Persons located in following countries are neither eligible to enter the Promotion nor win the Bonus: Argentina, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Chile, Columbia, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, North Korea, South Korea, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Singapore, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand, Venezuela and Vietnam. The Promoter will not in any event pay the Bonus to any person who participates in the Promotion from the foregoing territories, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not enable entries to the Promotion from time to time in its sole discretion.
By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Bonus, along with the "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA") and the Promoter's standard "Bonus Policy" which apply to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA or the Bonus Policy, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
The Promoter's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.
